Overview

At Artzloft, most of our products are custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized according to customer specifications. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

By placing an order with Artzloft, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by the customer
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Made-to-order frames
  • Custom-sized
  • Printed artwork or canvas prints produced according to customer specifications

Please ensure all measurements, designs, colours, and specifications are confirmed before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in producing and packaging our products. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

Upon review, Artzloft may, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Provide a partial or full refund where appropriate

Installation and Measurement Responsibility

For customer-supplied measurements, Artzloft is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Customers are encouraged to verify all dimensions before confirming an order.

Colour and Appearance Variations

Actual product colours may vary slightly due to:

  • Monitor and screen settings
  • Lighting conditions
  • Material characteristics
  • Printing variations

Minor variations do not constitute defects and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production has begun.

Once production, printing, framing, fabrication, or customization work has commenced, cancellations will not be accepted.

Damaged Artwork

As most artworks are delivered directly by our team to ensure safe handling, damage during transit is extremely rare. If you receive an artwork that has been damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photographs of the damage so we can investigate and assist accordingly.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution involved.

Shipping, delivery, installation, and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
